How far in advance should I book?
For full rehearsal and preferred dates, allow 6–8 weeks. Shorter lead times may be possible for smaller engagements.
Are tasting sessions included?
Tastings are included with the Signature Tasting package. Curated Dinner includes a consultation and optional sampling for an additional fee.
